Check Availability: View the calendar for my current availability. Coordinate with all parties to find a suitable date and time. Remember, the calendar may not always reflect real-time changes, so alternate dates might be necessary.
Appoint a Booker: Only one person can book a session due to platform limitations. This can be a counsel, assistant, secretary, or paralegal. The booker will receive an email confirmation, which I will then share with all involved parties.
Set Date & Time: Proceedings typically start at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm, but can be adjusted as needed. Agree on a time with all parties.
Begin Booking: Use the step-by-step portal to provide necessary information for scheduling.
Choose Service: Pick from ‘Mediation’ or ‘Arbitration’
Select Location: Choose ‘Zoom’ or ‘In-Person’.
Enter Details: The booker should provide their contact information, case caption, and details of all involved parties. Also, indicate the anticipated duration and any additional scheduling details.
Payment: No upfront payment required. Invoices will be issued post-proceedings based on agreed terms.
Confirm Booking: Upon completion, both the booker and I receive a confirmation. I will then distribute this information to all parties listed in the booking.
