Jacqueline Morgan, Esq. is a formidable litigator renowned for her decisive, no-nonsense approach and profound command of the law, rules of evidence and rules of procedure, as well as the tactical application of each. Her extensive background, spanning roles in commercial banking and cost accounting, enriches her understanding of various industries. Growing up in a blue-collar family connected to sectors like trucking, electrical, and masonry, Morgan possesses a unique ability to connect with diverse groups, fostering trust and rapport which is absolutely essential in mediation.
A versatile professional, Morgan is not only adept in legal matters but also excels in physical fitness. Her journey includes being a competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, and a certified personal trainer, yoga, and cycling instructor. Her motivations in fitness mirror her drive in mediation, centered on rectifying wrongs and promoting best practices. This expertise extends to her role as an expert witness in the field of personal training as well.
In addition, Morgan’s achievements in aviation as a student pilot and skydiver, coupled with her Black Belt mastery in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reflect a deep understanding of the human body, its mechanics, and the significance of injuries. These diverse experiences enable her to approach mediation with an educated, objective and comprehensive perspective.
Morgan’s legal career, spanning over three decades, showcases her versatility. Initially a general practitioner, she shifted her focus to specializing in civil litigation for the bulk of her practice. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum, from representing accident victims, defending general liability and business claims to drafting and enforcing iron-clad contracts.
Her academic credentials from Temple University School of Law, including membership in the Moot Court Honor Society, complement her practical experience. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1990, Morgan has dedicated her career to a wide array of negligence cases, leveraging her legal acumen to strategize and analyze facts creatively.
